About Life Science Career Alliance

The Life Science Career Alliance (LSCA) was formed by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Workforce Investment Board Collaborative and the Delaware Valley Healthcare Council, in order to specifically focus on the workforce issues surrounding an industry critical to the economic growth of the region.  Its board of directors is comprised of leaders from area health systems, educational institutions, workforce agencies, labor unions, and other community-based organizations, allowing for comprehensive regional response to workforce issues.  The LSCA seeks to promote the regional economy and workforce development through career enhancement for adults and youth.
